Offer and promo code rules

1. General

1.1. Offers are run by the individual entrepreneur Oleg Valerievich Sorokodumov (OGRNIP 326508100218300, INN 732508654485), the Licensor under the Public offer. These rules supplement the Public offer; anything they do not cover is governed by the Public offer.

1.2. An offer or a promo code lowers the price of a license. The terms of each offer — the discount, the products, the dates — are shown on the Site, in the e-mail or with the code.

2. Kinds of discounts

• Offer without a code — the price on the Site is lowered for everyone for the offer period; the buy page shows the regular price, the offer price and the dates.
• Shared promo code — one code for everyone (for example, from a reviewer); it may have an end date and a limit of uses.
• Personal promo code — a one-time code. A code issued to an account on the Site works only in that account. A code from a newsletter works in any account, but one account can use only one code of the same offer.

3. How a discount applies

3.1. One discount applies per order — the best of those that fit. If an offer without a code is better than the entered promo code, the offer applies and a personal code is not spent: it stays for a later purchase.

3.2. The discounted price is shown before payment, in the order and in the receipt. Prices are rounded to whole roubles, dollars or euros. An offer may differ between currencies; where no discount is set for a currency, it does not apply in that currency.

3.3. The price of a created order is held for 2 hours. If payment starts later, the price is recalculated with the terms in force at that moment. A personal code is held by an unpaid order for 24 hours.

3.4. Discounts on buying a product do not apply to a customer who already has a valid license of that product — except codes issued specifically for a second license.

3.5. Start and end times of offers and code expiry dates are in Moscow time.

4. Other

4.1. A promo code cannot be exchanged for money or sold. A personal code issued to an account cannot be used in another account.

4.2. With a 100% discount the license is given without payment; no fiscal receipt is issued, as there is no payment.

4.3. When a license is refunded under the Public offer, the amount actually paid is returned; a used promo code is not restored.

4.4. The Licensor may change or end an offer early by publishing this on the Site; the terms of orders already paid do not change.
