In your account click “Add a computer” and paste the code from the plugin (license line at the bottom of the window → COPY CODE). We issue the license file — usually within a day — and e-mail you. Download it in your account and choose LOAD LICENSE FILE… in the plugin.

License files are signed with a key that only the author holds, not the website. That way the site cannot be hacked for licenses. The trial keeps working while you wait.

No. The license is a signed file that the plugin checks on your computer. You only need the internet to download the file from your account.

If there is a free seat, just add the new computer. If all 3 are taken, click “Replace this computer” next to the old one in your account, give the reason, and we will free the seat. One replacement per 30 days; up to 6 license files per license in total.

By card (Russian or foreign Visa / Mastercard) or SBP on the page of the payment service Robokassa. The price is $45, 45 € or 3 900 ₽; Robokassa converts orders in $ and € into roubles at the Bank of Russia rate of the payment day, and your bank converts back into your card's currency. Projects open with their sound; knobs, reading the synth, the browser and loading presets keep working. Saving presets, your own banks, writing to the synth's memory and export need a license.

The Messenger is an analogue synth: its sound comes out of the OUTPUT jack and reaches the DAW through an audio interface, on a separate audio track. USB carries only commands. The level meter on the plugin track stays empty — that is expected.

In the synth's Settings menu set MIDI Out Filter to OFF, make sure MIDI I/O includes USB and the MIDI channel matches the plugin's (1 by default).

No. Edits change only what the Messenger is playing now. WMC writes to memory slots only on your command, after confirmation, with a snapshot of the slots being replaced and a check of every write.

Any DAW on macOS that loads VST3 or AU plugins. Without a DAW — the standalone app. How to set it up in a DAW is in the user guide. Windows is not supported yet.
