License agreement

1. Subject

The right holder (individual entrepreneur Oleg Valeryevich Sorokodumov, INN 732508654485, OGRNIP 326508100218300) grants you a non-exclusive right to use WATMAN Messenger Control (VST3 and AU plugins and the app, the “Software”) under this agreement.

2. Trial

The Software works for 14 days with every feature without a license. After that some features need a license.

3. License

• The license is perpetual and covers versions 0.9 and 1.x. Purchase terms are in the public offer.
• One license covers up to three computers that you use.
• The license file is bound to the computer and to your name; it may not be passed on to others.

4. Restrictions

You may not decompile the Software, bypass the license check, or distribute the Software or license files.

5. Synth and data

The Software writes to the synth's memory only on the user's command and takes a snapshot of the slots being replaced. The right holder is not liable for data loss if the user declined the backup.

6. Liability

The Software is provided “as is”. The right holder's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7. Trademarks

Moog and Messenger are trademarks of Moog Music Inc. The Software is not affiliated with Moog Music Inc.
