What we store
- The e-mail, name and password hash of your account.
- Orders: amount, currency, date, status.
- The computer codes you added and the license files issued.
What we do not store
Card details — they are handled by the payment service Robokassa LLC. The Software sends nothing to the site: no sounds, projects or statistics.
Why
To issue and restore licenses, answer your messages and meet legal requirements for sales.
Who we share with
No one except the payment service and the e-mail service. Cookies are used for logging in and remembering language and currency.
Visit statistics
To understand where visitors come from, the site records for each visit the referral source (for example, a link from a review), the landing page, the number of pages viewed and, if the visitor signed up, downloaded the software or started a purchase, those marks. We also keep the IP address of the first request and the country derived from it (using the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database kept on our server); the IP address is erased after 90 days, the country stays. We also record the device type and browser (the browser string is erased together with the IP), the address of the page you came from, the pages of the site you viewed and the files you downloaded. This data is stored on our server in Russia and is not shared with third parties.
Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, data stored in Russia) is loaded only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. It collects anonymous visit data: pages, time on site, device, approximate location and a recording of on-page actions (Session Replay). Metrica does not run on account and payment pages. You can decline in the same notice; to change your choice later, delete the wmc_consent cookie in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask for an export or deletion of your data: support@watmansoft.com. Sales records are kept as long as the law requires.
